The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) proposes to improve the existing State Highway (SH) 176 from New Mexico state line to Farm-to-Market (FM) 1788 east of Andrews in Andrews County, Texas. The proposed improvements would include widening the existing roadway to a four-lane divided highway within the project limits. The project length is approximately 40 miles.
